    Hi Srimati,
Loved this snippet of one of your courses. It fits so much with what I have learned following a spiritual awakening in 2007.
I just wanted to suggest, based on a question from one of your attendees, that when you feel the fear and are unsure whether it is fear of something you would actually love doing once you did it, just ask yourself to articulate exactly what it is you are fearing. If it’s stemming from a lack of self-confidence or self-esteem, then you know that it may be a case of ‘feel the fear and do it anyway’. If it’s more ‘I just feel like it would be a bad move for me’ then you probably should avoid it. Articulating the fear also gives you more insight into what is going on in your subconscious generally.

I look forward to reading loads more of your blogs and watching your videos.

PS your comments bit on isn’t working, so I had to leave it here.

    • Well Kate, thank you so much for your appreciation and for your wise tip about dealing with fear. Yes, that’s helpful, thanks.

I’m so glad you are enjoying these communications. Do feel free to contribute and comment as much as you like. I also have a group on facebook that you are welcome to join. Just search for a group called Srimati. I’m also on facebook as an individual and on twitter as Srimati Wisdom, so do feel free to link up there if you like.

(I’ll look into the comment thing, thanks).
      Best wishes, Srimati
